Developed by Alios Development and its partners, this project transforms the former Pouchard tube factory into a hybrid space combining offices, public areas, food courts, and a hotel. The visual identity draws inspiration from the historic hall structures, featuring a logo and modular “typographic windows” that capture the site’s natural light and unique atmosphere, now reclaimed by vegetation. The hyphen serves as the central graphic element, symbolizing both the future bridge connecting the site to the city and the link between Pantin’s residents and its artists. The website conveys the project through layered photographs, telling the story of the space and capturing the essence of the building in an abstract, immersive way despite its ongoing construction.
